Dr Humphrey A. Alasa [Consultant Gynaecologist, M.b.Ch.B, FWACs, FICS] – Chairman

He is the Chief Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, Medical Director and Chief Executive of many Companies. Experienced in human management, co-ordaining and harmonization of systems. Also is very versed in Medical and Allied Research and has participated and organized several international conferences and meetings.

He is a role model and had led many Sub-groups and multiple seminars in the area of Information Technology, human material enhancement in achieving set goal. He is a member of many Professional Associations both within and outside the Nigeria. Has attended various Professional and Academic Conferences in UK, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Turkey, South Africa, India, Pakistan, USA, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Gambia, Republic of Ireland etc.

Dr. A. Humphrey Alasa is a Pastor and a Church Planter. Speaks English Language, Edo, French (fairly) and Yoruba (fairly). He is happily married with five children, two of them whom are Medical Doctors.

Okhidemeh Emmanuel [Business Strategist, D.SC Hons] – Vice Chairman

Okhidemeh Emmanuel holds a degree in Agronomy from University of Nigeria, Nsukka, an MBA (Marketing) from Kensington Business School, USA and another MBA in Technology Management. In June 2013 he was awarded honorary Doctor of Business Administration by the Commonwealth University, Belize.

He is a Fellow of Direct Marketing Institute of Nigeria, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing of Nigeria as well as Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management. He is a member of Nigerian society for Plant Protection where he has served in different capacities in the Executive. He is also a member of Croplife Nigeria where he served as Chairman, Technical committee for several years. He is a member of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG).

Emmanuel is an Awardee of the Star in Leadership in the Gold Category by BID Convention, Spain.

Jide Bunmi-Nathan [Investment Banker, Msc, Bsc, ACIB] – Director

Jide Bunmi-Nathan is a season administrator with experience in running business and financial enterprise for over 22 years. Most of which he spent at Executive management level. He is a trained investment banker and worked with various banks including Commercial Bank Credit Lyonnais, Universal Trust Bank and Omega Bank Plc. Nathan is a quick Starter with good communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

He is completely driven by desire for excellence and speed in execution of plans and projects. He has high integrity, drive and result oriented. He is an alumni of University of Lagos and currently the 1st Vice President of the Nigerian Danish Chamber of Commerce Industry and Agriculture. He is widely travelled and had attended various conferences in Germany, Denmark, Belgium, South-Korea, U.S and U.K.

Hans Crombach [Dutch; Businessman] – Director

A versatile international businessman who has worked in Europe and Africa before venturing into own business in 1998.

He worked in various organizations including DITESA as Export Manager where they handled exports of various commodities to large corporations in Europe, was Managing Director of FINTRADE, another Commodity trading Company.

He later founded Afri Agri Limited, a commodity trading organization and Terratiga an agro-industrial entity. Both are foreign owned.

He brings to the Board wealth of experience in international trade and partnerships.

Johnson Chukwu [Investment Banker, FCA, FCTI] – Director

Cowry Asset is a member of The Nigerian Stock Exchange and is registered with Securities and Exchange Commission as an Issuing House, Broker/Dealers, Financial Advisers and Venture Capital Managers.

Mr. Chukwu is the initiator/founder of Cowry Asset Management Limited. Prior to the establishment of Cowry Asset Management Limited, he has been actively involved in the Nigerian capital market and was instrumental to the establishment of one of the most vibrant capital market operator, as the pioneer General Manager/Chief Executive Officer of Guardian Express Trust Limited (now Spring Capital) – a subsidiary of Guardian Express Bank Plc (now Spring Bank Plc).

Darlene Ukpebor [International Project Director, MSc MIS, BSc CIS] – Director

A passionate and enthusiastic International Project Director, with over 15 years of experience garnered from media (Warner Bros., 10 years), consulting service (Mercer, 5 years) and pharmaceutical (Eli Lilly) firms. With a strong Information technology background, and an emphasis in client, project, and team management.

Darlene is completely project focused with superb negotiating and prioritizing skills, enabling her to translate internal and external needs into manageable expectations and committed milestones. She is a great communicator with excellent presentation and training skills.

Having worked several years, both in the United States and Europe, in managerial roles with multinational organization and roots in Africa; She has a very broad, inclusive and inter-continental view of the international business market and the world.

Michael Rheinegger [Swiss, Business Communication] – Director

Michael Rheinegger has 9 years of professional experience in trade & investment promotion, international project management, business development and international relations both abroad and in Switzerland. He holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Berne and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Corporate Finance from the Swiss Banking Institute of the University of Zurich.

As part of his formation he spent 6 months as an Intern/Trainee at the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) as well as a few months both at the World Bank Country Office in Guatemala as well as at the Swiss Embassy in Chile.

In 2005 Michael joined the Trade and Investment Section of the South African Embassy in Switzerland as a Project Manager.

In May 2008 he founded rainbow unlimited gmbh as Managing Partner. Since 2010 Michael is also a Managing Director of the Swiss-African Business Circle. Between 2011 and 2012 he was a board member of an agribusiness company in Mozambique on behalf of the Swiss majority investor.
